Beskrivning
Det här är en vintage eller ännu äldre kinesisk solfjäder. Basen är i trä och klätt med papper. Tyvärr framgår det inte så bra på bilderna men den är helt förgylld och motivet är givetvis handmålat. Det är fåglar som sitter på blommande kvistar. Det finns en hel del skador som jag hoppas framgår på bilderna. Pappret är sprucket upptill på vänster sida, men som inte syns när den är uppfälld och det saknas en bit nedtill som framgår av bilderna. På baksidan fins två band som är avsedda för upphängningen. Solfjädern är väldigt stor, den mäter helt utvikt 138 cm och är 76 cm hög. Den är otroligt vacker.
Large Chinese Fan No1
This is a vintage or even older Chinese fan. The base is made of wood and covered with paper. Unfortunately it doesn’t show up very well in the pictures but it is completely gilded and the motif is of course hand painted. It is birds sitting on flowering branches. There is a lot of damage that I hope can be seen in the pictures. The paper is cracked at the top on the left side, but that is not visible when it is folded up and a piece is missing at the bottom as can be seen in the pictures. On the back there are two straps that are intended for hanging. The fan is very large, it measures 138 cm when fully unfolded and is 76 cm high. It is incredibly beautiful.
