Beskrivning
Det här är en rysk lackask med ett sagomotiv. Bilden är hämtad från sagan om prins Ivan och eldfågeln. Asken är gjord med stor precision och bilden är extremt detaljrik. Asken är troligtvis gammal. Det finns en spricka i lacken på ena sidan och färgbortfall på lockets insida och ojämnheter vid askens nedre kant. Det finns en signatur och text med ryska bokstäver längst ner på locket. Den är inte gjord för export. Det finns inläggningar av guld och bilden har ett djup. Den äldsta fabriken för lackaskar ligger i Fedoskina som ligger drygt 1,5 timmars bilväg från Moskva och som är mer än 200 år gammal. De särskiljer sej från de andra fabrikerna genom att de använder pärlemor i färgerna.
Russian lacquer box with fairy tale motif
This is a Russian lacquer box with a fairy tale motif. The image is taken from the tale of Prince Ivan and the Firebird. The box is made with great precision and the image is extremely detailed. The ash is probably old. There is a crack in the paint on one side and loss of color on the inside of the lid and unevenness at the lower edge of the box. There is a signature and text in Russian letters at the bottom of the lid. It is not made for export. There are inlays of gold and the image has a depth. The oldest lacquer box factory is located in Fedoskina, which is about 1.5 hours’ drive from Moscow and is more than 200 years old. They distinguish themselves from the other factories by using mother of pearl in the colors.
